知念実希人 「崩れる脳を抱きしめて」
本好きのコミュニティで何度も見かけた作品。著者の作品は読んだことあるので買ってみました。
主人公は研修医者。研修で訪れた療養型病院で脳に深刻な腫瘍を持つ余命数か月の女性と出会う。父親の失踪の謎を解き明かして開放してくれたのをきっかけに彼女に強く惹かれ始めるが、想いを告げられずに研修を終えて病院を後にする。その後彼女が亡くなったことを相続の弁護士から聞かされるが、その死に納得できずにいた。彼女が死ぬまでに何があったのかを探るというお話。
医療系のミステリーになります。
余命幾ばくも無いヒロインに恋をし、彼女の軌跡を辿るという分かりやすい内容です。この手の映画は観に行ったことなかったんですが、これを映画館で見るのはちと耐え難い。ミステリー要素がなかったらこの本を最後まで読めてなかったかもしれない。
ミステリー要素についてですが、病院が舞台なだけで医療ミステリーというほど医学の知識は必要ありません。私が読んでいても真相に気づけたので、きっと誰でも推理可能な範囲だと思います。
本書では死に関する描写が多く出てきます。
私の持論ですが、一度死の目前まで立ち入った人からは独特のオーラが出ると思っています。立ち入った結果どういった考えになるかは個人差ありますが、どこかしらの点で異常なまでのパワーを持つようになります。私もある事情で死の半歩手前まで行ったことありますが、生還したときからかなり剛胆な考えで行動するようになりました。一言でいうと自分の身の安全を考慮しなくなりました。このおかげで何か行動するときに守るべきは己の信義のみとなったため、周囲からの攻撃を気にせずに毅然と立ち向かえるようになりました。
なんでこんなこと書いているかというと、先日親から「いつか犯罪を犯すか、命を落としそうで心配」という言葉をもらってしまいました。親を心配させるのは私の信義に反するので、捨て身が過ぎたことを少々反省しています。
テンポよく、軽い内容ですのでサクッと読みたいときにおススメです。

This is a novel I've seen many times in a book-loving community. I have read the author's novel.
The main character is a training doctor. He met a woman with several months of life who has a serious tumor in his brain at the hospital he visited for training. He began to be attracted strongly to her by having unraveled and opened the mystery of his father's disappearance, but he finished the training and left the hospital without being able to confess his feelings to her. Later he was told by an inheritance lawyer that she died, but he was not convinced of the death.
The story of finding out what happened before she died.
This is a medical mystery. It is an easy-to-understand content that he falls in love with a life-long heroine and follows her trajectory. I've never been to this type of movie, but it's a bit unbearable to see it in the cinema. If there was no mystery element, I might not have read this book until the end.
As for the mystery element, the hospital is just a stage and no medical knowledge is required. I realized the truth even if I read it, so I think it's probably a range that anyone can deduce.
Many descriptions of death appear in this book.
I think that a person who has entered once before death will have a unique vitality. There are individual differences in what kind of ideas you get as a result of intruding, but you will have extraordinary power at some point. I have also been to half a step before death under certain circumstances. Since I survived from there, I came to act with a fairly dignified idea from the time I was alive from there. In a word, I no longer consider my personal safety. As a result, it was only my own credibility to protect when doing something, and ecoming stunned without worrying about attacks from the surroundings.
The reason for writing such a thing, the other day the parent said, "You're going to commit a crime someday, or you're going to lose your life. I'm worried about you." It is against my faith to worry about my parents, I'm a little bit remorse about being abandoned.
It is recommended when you want to read quickly because the tempo is good and the content is light.
