薬丸岳 「刑事の怒り」
夏目シリーズの最新刊が出ました。
夏目刑事が署を異動するところから話が始まる短編集です。
夏目の娘に関する話が結構出てくるので、前作を読んでないと分からない部分があります。
今回は各話が最近話題になっている社会問題をテーマになっています。一番長い「刑事の怒り」では相模原障害者施設殺傷事件をテーマにしていました。
薬丸さんの短編集は話が登場人物の心理描写が深くて良い。今回も読みながらあれこれ考え込んでいました。暗いテーマでありながらほんの少し救いが見えるところが気に入っています。
本書を読む中で各話のことで色々と自分はどう思うかを考えました。全部書くと長いのでいくつかピックアップして紹介します。
まず「嘘をついての告発」について。本書では「冤罪だとしても世間への貴重な告発だったのに、それを潰した」というシーンがあります。これはそもそも期待した効果を生んでいないと思います。痴漢の冤罪が一時話題になっていましたが、それと同じで偽装の告発が一回でも出てしまうと、本当に被害にあったときに訴えても「嘘ついてるんじゃないの？」という視点が必ず入るようになります。結果、余計に被害を訴えづらくなっている。そして「女性はお金や自己顕示欲のために冤罪をでっちあげる」という暴論が出てくるようになってしまいました。事実に基づいた暴論なので言われても「それは人による」というしょぼい反論しかできなくなっています。
もう一個は「何を大事に思うか」について。
相模原の事件でも「障がい者は邪魔だから殺した方が世のため」という考えで加害者は犯行をしていました。この考え自体は問題ないと思っています。実際、死んでくれて嬉しかったというケースはあると思います。ですが一部で正しいからといってそれを全員に適用するのは間違いです。ほかの人からは軽んじられたとしても大事にしたいものがあります。人の思いというのは本人以外には決して見えないので、それを勝手に見抜いた気になって行動を起こすのは認められません。自身の正しいと思う信念は自分の中だけに留め、ほかの人に対して強いてはいけないと私は思っています。
深い話に触れられるのでこの作品単体で読んでもいいのですが、より楽しむのでしたら前作を先に読むことをおススメします。
Gaku Yakumaru "Anger of a detective"
The latest issue of the Natsume series has been released.
This is a short editing where a story begins from Natsume's change of station.
Many stories about his daughter come out, so there is a part which you don't understand until you have read the previous novel.
This is the theme of the social problem each story is talking about recently. The longest "Anger of a detective" was the theme of the incident on the disposal of Sagamihara disabled facilities.
Short editing of Mr. Yakimaru is a good story and the psychological description of the characters is deep. I While reading this time, I was thinking about these. I like the place I can see a little salvation while being a dark theme.
I'll pick up some of what I thought and introduce it.
First, "To tell a lie and accuse". There is a scene "Even if it was a false charge, it was a valuable accusation to the world". I think that this has not produced the expected effect. The false accusation of a molester was a temporary topic, even if accusation of camouflage occurs at least once, even if you make a complaint when you really hurt you will not be accepted. As a result, it is becoming hard to appeal more damage.
And the rage that "women make up false charges because of money and self-manifestation desire" has come to appear. It is a fact-based abusive opinion, so it is only a small counterargument that "It is by people" cannot be done.
Second, “What do you care about?"
The perpetrators of the case in Sagamihara say, "Because people with disabilities are in the way of disturbance it is better for the world to kill."
I think that this idea itself is no problem. Indeed, I think there are cases that some people were happy that they died. However, it is a mistake to apply it to everyone because it is correct in part.
There is something I want to take care of if I am discouraged from other people. People's mind never sees other than the principal, so I cannot accept to act as a result of seeing it arbitrarily.
I think I keep my belief that I am right only within myself, and don't force it against other people.
Since you can touch a deep story you can read this alone. If you enjoy more, I'd recommend reading the previous work ahead.
